Hey there! If you’re here, you’re probably wondering who I am. Well, currently I am a graduate student earning my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The University of Bridgeport. I use this website mostly to develop my ideas as I hone my personal therapeutic voice.
I am particularly interested in the theoretical integration of Rational Emotive (REBT) and Existential psychotherapy. Perhaps an unlikely pairing at first glance, I find an incredible degree of relatedness between the two and furthermore believe that they can augment the therapist’s effectiveness when used together.
In the past, I have served as a Prevention Educator at The Center for Sexual Assault Crisis Counseling and Education, a nonprofit organization that provides counseling, educational services, and victim advocacy for survivors in lower Fairfield County, Connecticut.
